Where are you located?
We are based in Northridge, Los Angeles, with easy access to major freeways and plenty of on-site parking.
How much is it to rent your space?
Rates vary depending on which space you’re booking, the length of time, and additional services required. Contact us with your project or event details for a custom quote.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel their booking 30 or more days before the event start time and receive a full refund, (including all fees). Guests who cancel 8–29 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund of the Booking Price, excluding fees. Cancellations made 7 or less days before the event start time are non-refundable. Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings with a total Booking Price over $2,000. This deposit is refundable in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Bookings with a total Booking Price of $2,000 or less require full payment at the time of booking.
Do you offer tours of the space before booking?
Yes! We encourage potential clients to schedule a tour so you can see the stage, ballroom, and podcast rooms in person before making a decision.
